The HPE Synergy 480 Gen9 Compute Module supports up to 1.5 TB of HPE DDR4 SmartMemory and Intel® Xeon® E5-2600 v4 processors in a 2-socket, half-height form factor to support demanding workloads like collaborative/content/business applications, IT/Web Infrastructure, and GPU applications.

The flexible design supports stateless configuration without drives, up to two SFF or four uFF drives, NVMe PCIe workload acceleration, and direct attach composable storage to match demanding workload, data protection, and data security requirements.

Three mezzanine connectors with simplified I/O architecture for expandability, choice of fabric, and long-term design for improved ROI.

Graphics Processing Options

The HPE Synergy 480 Gen9 Compute Module now offers the Synergy SY 480 Mezzanine Graphics Accelerator support for the NVIDIA Tesla M6, NVIDIA Quadro M3000SE and AMD Firepro S7100. These GPUs provide graphics acceleration for a Compute Module.
