Early Career Talent Success Stories

Jorja Johnson

Project Manager Intern, Global IT

"My time as a Global IT Intern has been an excellent experience. I have been given the opportunity to participate in projects that make a difference and impact the company, as well as being exposed to multiple teams and projects, and learning extensively about Global IT, OLAA, and HPE as a whole. Everyone I have met during my internship has welcomed me with open arms, taken the time to answer any questions that I had, and made me feel connected and a part of the HPE family. I have been given amazing guidance and knowledge, and I can truly tell that everyone around me is rooting for my success. I have created a solid network with people across HPE and made friends that I hope to stay connected with even after my internship ends.

Interning at HPE is a special feeling that I never could have imagined prior to my start date. I enjoy coming to work every day, I love the people I am surrounded by, and I am passionate about the work I am doing. I feel much more confident in my skills and abilities and I have learned so much about teamwork, leadership, and my career interests and desires. Personal development has been thoroughly encouraged during my time here. I have had the most amazing mentors and manager who have encouraged me to work on projects I am passionate and curious about. They have helped me find my passions and have given me ample opportunities to learn and grow. Overall, this experience has made me feel confident about going into the workforce after graduation and I would highly recommend this internship to anyone early in their career."

Aryan Parajulee

"My experience as a Global IT intern has been nothing but positive. From my managers to mentors, everyone has helped me build my network and grow as a professional.

I was surprised with the diverse amount of informative, inclusive, and fun events that were held as they helped me learn more about HPE and get to know what the company is really about. One of my favorite events was the employee showcase.

Being a part of the Global IT team, I have learned a lot of valuable lessons about the professional world, working with different teams, and fulfilling responsibilities. I believe HPE's core beliefs and culture is what makes it a great organization to be a part of."
