Should audiotapes and videotapes related to incidents such as the death of Courtland Smith, who was shot by an Archdale police officer, be sealed from public view?

I have lost a child in a traumatic event, a car accident. I can speak from my heart that NO mother needs to see her child's last moments of slurred speach (911 tape) suicidal thoughts (911 tape) reference to having a 9mm pistol in this back pocket area (911 tape) all coming out of her "baby's" mouth. It is much to painful.
Also, having knowledge of the officers involved, I am absolutely certain that they acted in the only way they could given the information provided by Smith. Move on people, let both sides deal with their own issues. If you have to do something for either side, try prayer.
