Bobcats look to beat the Heat

‘Twas the day after Christmas, and the defending World Champion Miami Heat came to the Charlotte Bobcats house...
No, wait a minute. That’s not how that goes.
Actually, LeBron James and the Heat will come to Charlotte tonight to take on the Bobcats. Tip is set for 7 p.m. and SportSouth provides the live television coverage.
After a strong start, the Bobcats have reverted to last year’s losing form, dropping 15 straight games entering tonight’s contest. Charlotte (7-20) hasn’t won since Nov. 4.
As for the Heat, they’ve picked up where they left off last season, again ranking among the NBA’s elite.
Still, it’s hard to envision the Heat not suffering a post-holiday letdown against one of the league’s weakest foes.
I like Miami’s changes to win this evening. I just don’t expect a vintage Heat performance.
