T.W. ANDREWS 6, TRINITY 3
HIGH POINT — T.W. Andrews netted its first win of the season with a 6-3 victory over Trinity on Monday.
Hannah Snyder, Hannah Wade and China Goode prevailed in singles for the Red Raiders (1-9, 1-4). Snyder-Wade, Valeria Torres-Anna Spencer and Tyrika McClain-Goode won in doubles.
For the Bulldogs, Nicole Southern, Savannah Woolard and Gabbie Martinez won in singles.
Andrews plays host to Lexington Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Trinity plays host to West Davidson Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.

WHEATMORE 8, EASTERN RANDOLPH 1
TRINITY — Wheatmore rolled past Eastern Randolph for an 8-1 victory on Monday.
Mary Vecellio, Stephanie Fortner, Jordan Myers, Jessica Myers and Sydney Peele won in singles for the Warriors (12-1). Vecellio-Fortner, the Myers sisters and Brandi Doyle-Shea Hinesley prevailed in doubles.

WESTCHESTER 5, BURLINGTON CHRISTIAN 4
HIGH POINT — Westchester Country Day School turned back Burlington Christian Academy 5-4 on Monday. Singles winners for the Wildcats were Erica Sawyer, Sophie Lanham and Avery Keefe.
In doubles, Lanham-Keefe and Sawyer-Jaya Bhardwaj posted victories for WCDS.
Westchester plays host to Davidson Day on Thursday at 4 p.m.

HP CENTRAL 7, SW GUILFORD 2
HIGH POINT — High Point Central swept the doubles and topped Southwest Guilford 7-2 in Piedmont Triad 4A Conference action on Monday.
Kristen Biddle-Eva Ellenburg, Aly Willcox-Rachel Shelton and Bailey Weston-Emily Adams won in singles for the Bison (10-1, 4-1). Biddle, Ellenburg, Adams and Meredith Field prevailed in doubles.
For the Cowgirls (4-8, 2-3), Maggie Jermyn and Hannah Mills notched singles victories.
Central visits East Forsyth Tuesday at 4:30. Southwest plays host to Glenn on Wednesday at 4:30.

LEDFORD 8, W. GUILFORD 1
WALLBURG — Ledford won five of six matches in singles and swept doubles to defeat Western Guilford 8-1 on Monday.
Taylor Freeman, Elizabeth Stroup, Erin Crotts, Sarah Richardson and Katie Wilson won in singles for the Panthers (11-0). Freeman-Stroup, Crotts-Emma Caroline Russell and Richardson-Wilson won in doubles.
Ledford plays again Wednesday at Southern Guilford.

ASHEBORO 7, SOUTHERN GUILFORD 2
SUMNER — Asheboro stopped Southern Guilford 7-2 on Monday.
Avion Harris and Abygail Duquette prevailed in singles for the Storm (2-7, 0-7). Southern plays host to Ledford on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.

BISHOP 6, R.J. REYNOLDS 3
KERNERSVILLE — Bishop McGuinness defeated R.J. Reynolds 6-3 on Monday.
Anna Owen, Adaire Hudson, Anna Petrangeli and Nicole Saia won in singles for the Villains (7-0). Morgan Auger-Hudson and Petrangeli-Saia prevailed in doubles.

VOLLEYBALL

WHEATMORE DEF. EAST DAVIDSON
THOMASVILLE — Wheatmore swept East Davidson 25-8, 25-18, 25-9 on Monday.
Kathryn Johnson led the Warriors (10-1) with 12 kills, five digs and three aces, while Georgia Garrison tallied 11 kills, three aces and three digs. Kelly Davis dished assists and recorded three aces for Wheatmore, while Davey Albertson had five kills, five aces and four blocks. Allie Grubb finished with five kills and two blocks for WHS, while Emily Brown had four kills and two digs and Casey Hawkins had seven digs for Wheatmore, which plays at Providence Grove today.
Shay Hepler and Taylor McPhatter recorded three kills each for the Golden Eagles (2-8), who visit North Rowan Tuesday.

HPCA MIDDLE SCHOOL DEF. WESTCHESTER
HIGH POINT — Khloe Murrow and Abigail Lyle each had 14 service points and Claire Cole had 10 as High Point Christian Academy’s middle school team downed Westchester Country Day School 25-9, 25-11 in a match that ended at press time on Monday.
Caroline Heater made two kills for the Cougars (6-0), who visit Forsyth Country Day Tuesday at 4 p.m.

WHEATMORE 5, EAST DAVIDSON 3
THOMASVILLE — Kyle Mosley booted three goals as Wheatmore downed East Davidson 5-3 late Monday.
Stoney Baker and Lauren Zimmerman added one goal apiece for the Warriors (4-5-1).

TRINITY 5, WEST DAVIDSON 1
TRINITY — Eddie Torreblanca booted three goals as Trinity downed West Davidson 5-1 late Monday.
Hunter Dean and Daniel Newcomer each tallied a goal and assist for the Bulldogs.

RAGSDALE 2, GRIMSLEY 0
GREENSBORO — Enrique Gudino and Greyson Collins scored goals as Ragsdale blanked Grimsley 2-0 lats Monday.
Chris Kerr and Ebly Sanchez dished assists for the Tigers. Daniel Kanaskanui made seven saves in goal for Ragsdale, which plays Wednesday at Southeast Guilford at 7 p.m.

GOLF

AT ASHEBORO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
ASHEBORO — Ledford posted an 18-stroke victory in a four-team girls match at par-35 Asheboro Municipal Golf Course late Monday.
The Panthers won with 122, followed by Southwestern Randolph at 140, Central Davidson at 145 and Asheboro at 166.
Central’s Victoria Hedrick was medalist at 37, followed by SWR’s Alecia Marion at 39.
For the Panthers, Lexi Kershaw and Julia Carroll carded 40s, Jordan Young shot 42, Kelsey Leach fired 43 and Meghan Holbrooks recorded 44.
