Blonde Dale Ledford Tysinger
TRINITY — Mrs. Blonde Dale Ledford Tysinger, 73, a resident of Heathwood Drive, died Sunday evening in the GrayBrier Nursing Center.  She was born March 31, 1940, in Hayesville, N.C. a daughter of the late Roy and Lizzie Ledford.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Hagee.
She was former employed with J & E Sketch Face Veneer Co, Inc. of High Point, retiring following over thirty years of service.
Mrs. Tysinger attended Smyra Grove Community Church of Asheboro.
Surviving are her husband Larry E. Tysinger, Sr. of the home; two sons, Kim Tysinger and wife Teresa of Trinity and Gene Tysinger and wife Teresa of Thomasville; five Grandchildren; sisters, Ora Mae Ledford and Thelma Jean Ledford, both of Hayesville, N.C.

Carson Greene
LEXINGTON — William Carson Greene, 81, died April 13, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Rev. Johnny Morgan 
TRINITY — Rev. Fred “Johnny” Morgan, 76, a resident of Trinity, went home to be with the Lord, on Saturday, April 13, 2013.
He was born in Guilford County, N.C., on April 3, 1937, to the late James G. Morgan and Nellie Small Morgan. He retired from Davis Furniture, after 35 years of service. Reverend Morgan led the Young at Heart Ministry, ministering to the Handicapped.  He attended the Father’s House, Church of The Living God. He enjoyed fishing, traveling to the beach and mountains, but most of all, preaching the Word of God, and winning lost souls to the Lord. In addition to his parents, preceding him in death was a brother; Billy Eugene Morgan.
Surviving are his wife of 46 years; Mary Helen Burke Morgan of the home and his brother Ken Morgan of High Point. Also surviving are a number of cousins and extended family and friends.
A service to celebrate Reverend Morgan’s life will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 2 p.m. from the Father’s House Church of the Living God, with Reverend Stanley M. Savage, Reverend Robert Hilburn and Reverend Pershing Haggerman officiating. Interment will follow in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. at Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale. LEXINGTON — Gary Wayne Davis, 72, died April 13, 2013. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements by Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington.

Patsy Louya
LEXINGTON Patsy Berrier Louya,70, died April 13, 2013.  A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, at Union Grove Baptist Church. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.

J. Robert Sullivan 
HIGH POINT — Mr. J. Robert Sullivan, 89, resident of High Point died April 14, 2013, at High Point Regional Hospital.
Mr. Sullivan was born April 16, 1923, in Pulaski, VA, a son to the late William Lee and Canary O’Bryant Sullivan.  A resident of this area most of his life, he was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and retired from Burlington Industries.  In 1941 he married the former Opal Juanita Smith who preceded him in death in 2005.  In addition to his parents and wife he was also preceded by six siblings.
Surviving is a daughter, Sylvia Ann Sullivan of High Point; three sons, Bob Sullivan Jr. and wife Saundra Gayle of Powell, TN, Tim Sullivan and wife Gail of Jamestown and Mike Sullivan and wife Dee Dee of Kernersville; a brother, Walter Lee Sullivan and wife Phyllis of Phoenix, Arizona; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of the Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point with Rev. Dwayne Hodges officiating.  Interment will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Blanche Oakley
GIBSONVILLE — Blanche Lucille Kinney Oakley, 79, died  April 15, 2013, at Moses Cone Hospital.  A private memorial service will be held in her honor.  Cremation services entrusted to Triad Cremation Society & Chapel.

Thomas Alexander Wells 
ENFIELD  — Thomas Alexander Wells, 7, of Enfield went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, April 12, 2013, surrounded by his loving family.  Thomas loved Jesus and all of his creations.  He prayed often one day to meet him.  He is now sheltered in his arms.
Thomas was preceded in death by his aunt Linda Griffin, and his uncles Carlton and Jerry Wells.
Thomas was a member of Enterprise Baptist Church in Littleton, a second grader at Halifax Academy and a member of Cub Scout pack 238.
Thomas is survived by his loving parents Brian and Leslie Wells and his loving brother, Wesley Norwood Wells of the home.  Grandparents “Papaw” Bill and “Nana” Diane Carter of Sophia, NC;  Beatrice ”Grandma Bea” and her husband Denny Critzer of Gasburg, Va.;  Tommy “Granddaddy” and “Grandma” Kathy Wells of Weldon;  his aunt and uncle LaDonna and Brad Wade of Gaston;  cousins Brook, Taylor, Rylie, Kylie, Skyler “Peanut” and Sofie;  and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and his best friend Zack White. 
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Enterprise Baptist Church in Littleton with Rev. Darren Lambert officiating.  Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery in Weldon.
The family will receive Thomas’s classmates and other children from 5-6 p.m. Tuesday at Askew Funeral Services, 731 Roanoke Ave., Roanoke Rapids.  There will be counselors and others present to talk with the children if their parents feel that they are needed.
The family will receive everyone from 6:30-8:30 at the funeral home.

LEXINGTON — Richard Christopher Adams, 66, died April 13, 2013. A funeral service will be healed at 2 p.m. Wednesday Arrington Heights Freewill Baptist Church. Roberts Funeral Service is handling the arrangements.

HIGH POINT — Timothy Allen, 58, died on  April 15, 2013, at Hospice at High Point following an extended illness.  Johnson and Sons, High Point, is assisting the family.
