LEXINGTON — Alfred William Lord, 79, of Quail Lane Lexington, N.C. died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at the Hinkle Hospice Home in Lexington.

HIGH POINT — Priscilla A. Richardson 46, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at High Point Regional Hospital.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at Country Baptist Cemetery in Randleman.

LEXINGTON — Rosalynd Lou Weiss Mann, 73, of Arrowhead Circle, Lexington died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 in WFB-Lexington Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 5:00 pm Friday, December 14, 2012 in Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carol Hunter officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

Becky Ann Weant Daniel Algiere Lewallen
THOMASVILLE — Mrs. Becky Ann Weant Daniel Algiere Lewallen, 51, a resident of Kate Drive, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on Aug. 19, 1961 in Davidson County to Charles Weant and Lorena Gibson Weant. She was a waitress at Sunrise Diner and at Jed’s Restaurant. She was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lorena Weant and her adopted mother, Ruby Daniel.
On Feb. 12, 2011, she married Ronnie Lee Lewallen, who survives of the home; also surviving are her children, twin, Santo Algiere and wife Dora Crisostomo, twin, Angela Taylor and husband Tony, and Antonio Algiere and wife Haley all of Thomasville; sisters, Mary Glance of Taylorsville, NC and Louise Winslow of Thomasville; her father, Charles Weant of Trinity; granddaughter, Lillie Taylor; mother-in-law, Joy Lewallen of Thomasville; and niece, Joy Melton.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Greenwood Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Ferguson officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Lewallen will remain at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville until taken to the church 30 minutes prior to the service. Mr. Jack McCachern
Denver, N.C. — Mr. Jack Gwynn McCachern of Denver, N.C. passed away Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012 at his home away from home, Preston House in Charlotte where his family grew to include all the wonderful staff who loved and cared for him.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Wilkinson Funeral Home Chapel in Concord officiated by Rev. Tim Killian. Inurnment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12 noon Friday at the funeral home.
Jack was born Jan. 17, 1928 in Concord, N.C., son of James G. McCachern and Nettie Yates McCachern. He graduated from Concord High School and joined the Coast Guard immediately following graduation. He later graduated from Clemson University majoring in Electrical Engineering. Jack began work at Duke Power in 1954 and worked there until his retirement after 30 years of service. He was active in many civic organizations, including the Rotary Club, and served on the administration board at Denver United Methodist Church. He married Betty Helms Sides in 1950 and had four wonderful children. Jack was preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers; James, Frank and Bill, sister, Nancy Kennicle, and son, Keith Gwynn McCachern.
Jack is survived by his wife, Betty Sides McCachern; children, Patti Lane, David McCachern, Mary Shaw, and Steven McCachern; seven grandsons who were the love of his life, Jackson, Nathan and Alex Lane, David and Michael Shaw, and Evan and Seth McCachern.
