Speech by Reagan's son postponed
Conservative political commentator Michael Reagan’s personal appearance scheduled for Aug. 17 at the Richard Childress Racing Events Center has been postponed.
The eldest son of former President Ronald Reagan will return to North Carolina in the early spring at a date to be determined, organizers of the event say.
“It’s unfortunate we had to reschedule,” said Mark Garrow, president of Garrow and Associates, who is promoting the event. “On the plus side, Mr. Reagan is still coming and we will have a new date figured out in, hopefully, the next 60 days. We’re anticipating that will be late March or early April.”
All tickets that have been sold for Aug. 17 will be good for the new date or will be refunded.
